My apologies…I think I’ve done it twice in the past week or so: I put up a post, then cause confusion by pulling it back. Here’s what happened (anybody hearing the voice of Adrian Monk?).

All of my posts are written in advance, and are scheduled to go live anywhere from two to six weeks after I write them. But I sometimes get so engrossed in the writing that I forget to schedule the posts properly, and end up publishing them instead. I can’t just leave them out there, because they’re written in a sequence. So again, my apologies for putting up yet another post that I have to yank back. I hope it doesn’t happen again, but who knows.

You’d think after all these years, I’d know better.

But after all these years, I’m apparently also of diminished intelligence.
